Who is eligible for CRSC?
(Must have all four):
1. Retired with 20 years of creditable service (or have medical discharge: Active, Reserve or medically retired with less than 20 years. 2. Have 10% or greater VA rated injury 3. Receiving military retired pay 4. Current military retired pay has been reduced by the amount of VA disability payments (VA Waiver)
AND…
You must be able to provide documentary evidence your disability was a result of (must have one of the following): · Training that simulates war (e.g. exercises, field training) · Hazardous duty (e.g. flight, diving, parachute duty) · An instrumentality of war (e.g. combat vehicles, weapons, Agent Orange), or Armed conflict (e.g. gun shot wounds [Purple Heart], punji stick injuries)
