Present –March 2002 KidsPeace National Centers Program Manager Formally promoted from Clinical Supervisor to Program Manager 6/06 Established Outpatient and Community Support Programs in Hope Mills’s office. Clinical Supervisor Responsible for and assured compliance with KidsPeace standards as well as with all state regulations pertaining to the program. Supervise family consultants offering guidance, support, training, and structure helping them to maintain their caseload and documentation to organizational standards. Create forms Initiate processes, partially in the area of quality assurance. Developed and coordinated the production of routine and special reports to eternal as well as external sources using program data and information. Responsible for the implementation and management of regular utilization reviews and medical record processes that assured standards for documentation and maintenance of client records were maintained, consistent with agency standards, regulatory and contractual standards. Planned and facilitated regular staff meetings as well as foster parent training to disseminate information and knowledge Devised a marking plan to ensure that the program was adequately represented to potential consumers. Feb 2001-Feb 2002 American Business Corporation Outreach & Admissions Counselor Screening, interviewing and selecting the best adolescent candidates to attend the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program. Presenting the Job Corps program to the local public and private agencies to increase awareness of the program. Establishing Connections with local public as well as private agencies creating a working partnership to best serve the young people of this area. 1997- 2000 Child and Family Services Resident Counselor Educated Clients in a group home using behavioral modification system. Teaching Group Leader Helped coordinate clients’ overall treatment in the home. Responsibilities included but not limited to budgeting, purchasing, delegating tasks to counselors Office management Supervision or several Resident Counselors.
